Citizens For Acountability and Responsibility (CFAR) is a not for profit citizens advocacy group working in the Dolores River Valley. We at CFAR are concerned with traffic, safety, air and water quality, noise, the tourist economy, wildlife, development, and any other issues that might impact our area.
