The ceramic artifacts recovered from Ladle House can be roughly separated by component. Of the 1,751 sherds recovered during excavation, 1,220 are attributed to the Pueblo II component and 531 are attributed to the Early Anasazi component. Ceramic data was helpful in assessing the chronology of each component.
